Editorial pieces

Here is a selection of editorial photographic shoots that Pixxi has been involved with.
We  added a fun style to this gorgeous fashion shoot with our vintage hair accessories and diamante brooches.

We went to India with 'Wedding magazine' where we were on hand to add that extra sparkle style with our exquisite vintage bags and jewelry.
In South Africa we shot with 'She magazine' dressing the model in the cutest vintage babydolls.
Magical editorial shoot for Bridal wear, using vintage silk flowers and diamante buckles in the hair. . . dreamy!

Corsetry of Elegance. . . a work in progress!!

Hello and welcome to my very first blog 'ever'
Please  be gentle with me as I navigate my way around as I create
what I hope to be a continuous journey of fun and discovery.
I simply wish to share with you, these delicious beauties
 and precious pretties from yesteryear.

How about beginning with this Va-Va-Voom bombshell 1950's beauty
This stunning creation is by the famous 'Lady Marlene'
Who actually stopped manufacturing many years ago and are since discontinued.

Another bodacious beauty with illusion lace and a stunning waist line,
its enough to make a girl weep!

Truly a rare find indeed, the original 'Merry Widow' by Warners USA

From the makers 'Liberty' the original high waist girdle model LS-1716, a fine example of control and perfect for that quintessential silhoutte, very feminine, elegant and pretty.

Bringing you the best of British - with six garters to hold
your stockings up and a very satiny smooth behind!

From the makers 'Kellog' is this amazing double fan lacer.
Oh' my, strap me in!!

Samuel Higby 'Camp' originally established the fan lacer in 1908
the fan lacer below model- 3099 is one of the most powerful corset girdles ever made.
Engineering brilliance!
